In Re: Treasure Bay Corporation; Cause No. 9409048 SEG in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. Successfully reorganized the business of the Treasure Bay Casino in Biloxi, MS

Ford Motor Credit Co. v Mathis, 660 So.2d 1273 (Miss. 1995). On Appeal to the Mississippi Supreme Court, set Mississippi precedent concerning the requirements of a commercially reasonable sale of a vehicle after repossession by a creditor.

United States of America v. Dawn Properties, Inc.; Cause No. 1:14-cv-224 LG-JMR in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi. As defense counsel for all Defendants and after years of protracted litigation concerning various FHA and ADA issues with numerous apartment and condominium complexes, negotiated a settlement between the United States Department of Justice and the Defendants to provide retrofits to the properties.
